WHAT IS WORSHIP LIKE?
Our worship services are at 8:15 a.m and 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. Each week we seek to engage people in worship that is Christ centered, biblically based and culturally relevant. We seek to engage people's thoughts and experiences in considering what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ.
Location
We are located at 1934 South York Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code at our church. Depending on the season you will find sweaters and blue jeans, shorts and T-shirts, shirts and ties, pants and blazers, skirts and blouses, or “Sunday Best” attire with even a hat or two. Whatever you wear, you will find enough people dressed as you are to feel comfortable. Ladies might want to bring a light sweater to wear if needed. Children particularly should wear comfortable clothes. Our congregation is more casual in dress than traditional Christian churches.
WHERE DO I PARK AND ENTER THE BUILDING?
We have three parking lots all within a short walk of the Church entrances.
Handicap Parking:
Shepherdstown has two entries of handicap parking. The first section is beside the main entrance doors. A ramp is provided with double door openings. The second entry point is through the Church Fellowship Hall located off the lower parking lot which has an elevator to the entire second floor.
WHERE WILL MY KIDS GO?
Let the fun begin! Each week kids will be involved in fun, active and creative Bible learning activities, interactive discussions, music and drama. They will “experience” the Bible and learn how to apply its principles to their lives. Caring and gifted teachers will be ready to meet your child at 9:30 AM each Sunday. Stop by the “Check In” table in the Children’s Center for help in finding your child’s classroom. Come join us!! We have classes for all ages. We are excited about sharing this time with kids, and know it will be a blessing for your family!
